Pic

The latest version of Demo3D includes the all new QuickLogic visual editor plus the new QuickStart 2010 Catalogue

The 2010 version of Demo3D is easier to use than ever. The development of the revolutionary QuickLogic Visual Editor allows you to generate your equipment control and model logic by dragging and dropping icons.  Your scripts can now be created for you! QuickLogic icons cover the most commonly used script elements and provide a easy to use framework for generating your model. The QuickLogic visual editor is an fantatic development for those new to the world of Demo3D scripting and also a real time saver for the more experienced developers. Demo3D models can be created both with and without the QuickLogic editor.

QuickStart 2010 catalogue

The Demo3D Quickstart Catalogue has also been redeveloped to become more flexible and powerful. The catalogue automatically connects new catalogue components to others as they are dragged and dropped into a simulation model. All transfer protocols are automatically calculated, significantly reducing modelling time. The catalogue upgrade includes:
  • New transfer protocol allows for great inter-connectability between components
  • Generalized product flow using visual connectors
  • Data collection framework
  • Built-in material routing rules editor
  • Message passing framework allows non-intrusive component customization
  • New components (quad shuttles)
  • Components support increased speed - models will work with and without physics

Tip Of the Day

Tip of the Day

Start creating your engineering drawings with Demo3D. Material handling systems layouts can be developed accurately and with maximum speed with Demo3D,  then export your model to DXF format for use with other engineering drawing software. Choose the Export option from the File menu then select the DXF format in either 2D or 3D to meet your needs.

We are delighted to bring you up to date with new and exciting developments from Demo3D, plus an article about how Conveyor Systems Ltd. are benefitting from the software. As always, we welcome your feedback and comments.
