Vehicle tracking with DR Track™

Applications

Vehicle and fleet tracking software together with web-based reporting enables you to view real-time progress of your vehicles on their assigned routes. Applications include:-

• Updating of route schedules with colour coding to track which vehicles are ahead or behind schedule
• Map overlaid ‘breadcrumb trails’ to show driver progress on assigned routes
• Vehicle polling to see current position
• Estimated arrival times at destinations on route

Using web-based reporting of driver progress, it is simple to inform colleagues and even customers, exactly where vehicles are and when deliveries will be made. Applications include:-

Features

DR Track™ is a web-based reporting module which can publish planned route schedules and use GPS data to provide you with fleet tracking and other advanced progress reporting features. This enables you to provide selective access to vehicle routing and real-time schedule data to your company and customers.

Examples of features that you can use to report on and track your vehicle fleet include:-

• Summary and detailed route statistics showing stops, planned times, distances, etc


• Automatic updating of estimated arrival/departure times at customer locations


• Colour coding of routes to indicate where vehicles are behind/ahead of schedule


• Email alerts, for example if deliveries are to be missed or are running late


• Map overlaid bread-crumb trails for viewing routes taken by vehicles


• Selectively view key accounts and vehicles to analyse performance to schedule
